Best PSA..... "What Goes Up, Must Come Down" as seen on WFAA, Channel 8, in Dallas. Some goob fires off a 50 caliber round from an Argile firing range hitting a woman at the Texas Motor Speedway miles away. (this is actually from last year but the woman still hasn't recovered from it)
What kind of a dumbass fires a gun into the air not expecting it to hit something. Not to mention that the firing range where they believe the shot was fired was within a close proximity to Argile schools.
