However, Mayor White is repeating that residents need to conserve water and drink bottled water.
A pump at one of the water stations has gone down.
Judge Emmett is asking that residents verify with local officials that it is safe to re-enter evacuation zones.

Seeing some incredible pictures from Galveston and Baytown. The report shows live but I am not sure.
Centerpoint is reporting 2 million people without electricity. Saying it could be weeks before service is restored. Television is telling people not to return for a while.
The JP Morgan-Chase building had all of its windows blown out. Karma?
We are getting some heavy mist but no wind.
A reporter is at Texas and Travis streets and there is someones desktop laying in the middle of the sidewalk. Incredible amount of trash and debris on the street.
